Chief Executive Officer | Head of Family Office
Savvas Constantinou is the Chief Executive Officer of Globe Invest Limited, and oversees the Principal’s affairs and interests in publicly listed entities, real estate projects and other private companies.
Savvas has more than 18 years of international investment banking experience at executive / senior management levels with a strong focus on capital markets, wealth and investment management and leading and managing high performing businesses and people.
He is considered to be a wealth and investment management professional for HNW clients, family offices and corporate clients.
Previously his responsibilities were to establish, manage and lead high performing teams and as a result he gained a wealth of multicultural experience. This enabled him to develop successful leadership, selling capabilities, decision making and problem solving skills, as well as a proven track record in building high growth businesses, motivating high performing teams and demonstrating strong risk management, corporate governance and controls.
Savvas is also an expert in public sector financing, loan origination, syndication and distribution, and in emerging markets fixed income trading. During his career, he’s been exposed to the international markets of CIS / Russia, CEE, Middle East, Asia and Latin America.
Most recently Savvas spent 7 years working at Barclays in senior positions including that of Country Director/Chief Country Officer.
He left Barclays in September 2016, and joined Globe Invest in October 2016. Prior to Barclays, he was a non-Executive Director at Byron Capital Partners, and gained experiences as a Director at Kommunalkredit International Bank Ltd, where he was Head of the Origination, Syndication and Distribution desk. Before that, he was a fixed income trader / balance sheet manager of the EM portfolio at DEPFA Investment Bank.
Savvas studied Organisation and Business Administration at the Athens University of Economic and Business, and has also a Master’s degree in Finance and Management from the University of Essex.
Non-Executive Director | Advisor
Keith is a Non-Executive Director who is currently engaged to consult Globe Invest Limited. He has spent 41 years in the financial services industry, working for two major global companies (Barclays and RBS) in a wide variety of roles until leaving Barclays at the end of March 2016.
Keith is an experienced, senior executive with non-executive / execut ive experience in Asia (Hong Kong & Singapore), Europe (Cyprus & Gibraltar), Middle East (Dubai), Switzerland, UK (London) and UK Offshore (Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey).
Throughout his wide-ranging career, Keith has demonstrated success in formulating, driving and leading change, evidencing significant improvements in performance alongside delivery of material projects.
Keith's career has also involved close liaison and co-operation with UK and other governments and government departments, regulators and key stakeholders within and outside the UK.
With wide ranging board-level and Executive Committee experience, the Globe Invest team are delighted to have secured Keith to operate in this consulting role.
Non- Executive Director | Board Member
Ryan is a Director and General Manager of Trident Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited, the Guernsey office of Trident Trust Group, a leading independent provider of fiduciary and fund administration services. Ryan has overall responsibility for the strategy and day-to-day operation of Trident’s Guernsey business. He is a Chartered Company Secretary (ACIS) by training and joined Trident Trust in 2002 following his move to Guernsey from South Africa, after completing a Postgraduate qualification in Business Management at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Ryan sits on a number of Private Client and Fund Boards providing corporate governance oversight and strategic input to structures holding various asset classes.
Keren is the Finance Director of Globe Invest focusing on all the finance, reporting and accounting matters of the business. She was appointed by Globe Invest in November 2016 and she is based in Cyprus. Keren brings to the family office more than 15 years of broad experience related to international business activities, senior financial roles as well as operational and management skills. Her responsibilities include among other things to evaluate new potential investments, to control various activities of the affiliate companies and monitor the group’s performance.
Prior to joining Globe Invest, Keren spent almost six years with Playtech Group subsidiaries as an executive director where she gained significant experiences on overseeing licensees relationship, introducing and adjusting new external and internal online marketing tools, and monitoring and implementing changes to the European regulatory regimes. Before that, Keren was acting as the CEO of a leading payments, advisory and reconciliation company for the online and technology industry, and earlier in her career, she also worked in a variety of financial roles as a financial manager and as an auditor in KPMG Tel Aviv.
Keren is a qualified accountant and she is a holder of CPA.
Guy Vardi currently serves as the Head of Investments of Globe Invest Limited and its affiliate companies. Among his responsibilities is the sourcing, analysis, execution and management of private equity real estate investments. He also serves as an Executive Director and board member in several portfolio companies holding real estate investments.
With more than 12 years of experience in cross-border real estate transactions, Guy is a senior executive with significant corporate finance and real estate transactions background. Before joining Globe Invest in April 2018, he was heading the Transaction Real Estate practice of EY (also known as Ernst & Young LLP) in the Tel Aviv office, where he led numerous local and cross-border real estate deals; his clients were institutional companies, private equity funds, high net worth clients, and real estate and hospitality entities. Guy also led numerous listings on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), and possesses a depth of knowledge relating to the listing process. Earlier in his career, Guy was a business development manager of a European real estate company in which he was responsible of all the real estate transactions for commercial properties.
Guy has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Tel Aviv University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Head of Real Estate M&A
Yaniv Amzaleg is the Head of Real Estate M&A of Globe Invest Limited, and he is responsible for the identification, due diligence and execution of real estate investments globally.
Before joining Globe Invest Limited in April 2018, Yaniv was a Senior Manager in EY’s Transaction Real Estate Team with focus on advising international companies and private high net worth clients on real estate investments, valuations, feasibility studies, business planning, strategic decisions, and financial due diligence. His responsibilities also included the project management and the leading of various teams involved in the transactions. Yaniv also acquired and demonstrated strong skills and expertise on IFRS regulations, financial statements analysis as well as IPO processes.
Yaniv earned a Business Management degree from the College of Management with a specialization in Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Head of Legal
Antigoni Fakonti is the Head of Legal of Globe Invest Limited, and coordinates and oversees the legal affairs and interests the company and its affiliate entities.
Antigoni is recognized as a knowledgeable, internationally experienced attorney with an excellent sense of business. She has a ten-year experience in the fields of corporate, property, tax, finance/banking, trusts, energy, intellectual property and betting law. She has been especially active and highly visible in AIM and stock exchange listing in Cyprus, UK and New York. Antigoni is experienced in advising on international wealth management and planning and international tax structuring. She has dealt with large complex multi-sourced project financings and securities structures, International Public Offerings (IPOs), local and cross-border mergers, the financing, leasing, acquisitions and sale of immovable property (residential, commercial and touristic) in Cyprus and abroad, public and private tenders, takeovers and acquisitions, incorporation, licensing and running of companies, trusts and funds (AIFs). She has handled high profile local and international transactions of several HNW individuals and large international groups.
Previously, Antigoni was a Partner in a reputable law firm , leading the Corporate and Shipping Department, interacting mainly with international clients and associates. She has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of several companies and funds of international interests. This allowed her to also gain multicultural business experience, negotiation, business decision making and problem solving skills.
She has a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) and Master’s in Commercial Law (LLM) from the University of Bristol, UK. In 2008 she became a qualified lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association. Since then, she has gained additional professional qualifications in tax, trusts, finance regulations and mediation. These include the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (Chartered Institute of Taxation, UK), the Financial Services Regulatory Framework: Advanced (CySEC) certification and the Mediator (CEDR) certification. She is an Associate Lecturer of the University of Central Lancanshire (UClan) Cyprus and member of several professional association bodies, including the STEP, ITPA and WISTA. She is finally the author of articles published in business magazines, legal texts and books and has been a speaker and panelist in several conferences in Cyprus and abroad.
